So What?

These behaviours are transferring to the work environment

People have less awareness of their actions on others:
- the rest of the team aren't aware of current status

People expect to have more tasks done for them:
- automated
- don't see the need to do them at all
- why do I need to do this?

Economic 'belt-tightening' - the credit crunch - requires a more efficient approach:
- more awareness of 'us' - the team
- assistance with the 'boring detail'
